L9UC seals are low temperature pusher seals with rotating flexible elements consisting of multiple springs. They have "O" rings for secondary sealing and other metallurgy in full compliance with API 682 requirements.
L9SA seals are low temperature metal bellow seals with rotating flexible element. They have elastomers for secondary sealing and other metallurgy in full compliance with API682 requirements.
The API seals go through a rigorous seal qualification test procedure that instill a degree of confidence in the end user that each seal and sealing system will perform in accordance with the scope of API 682.
The EagleBurgmann mechanical seals have under gone the qualification testing at the “sate of art” test rigs.
EagleBurgmann seals are available for all 3 seal categories ad per API 682 second edition. They can be furnished in single, double back-to-back, face-to-face and face-to-back (tandem) arrangements.
